3. Return Request Process

Reason for return;

Photos of the goods (if applicable).

After approval, we will provide follow-up return instructions.

4. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and confirming that the goods meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3 days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. The exact arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank, credit card institution, or payment service provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations generally do not qualify for a refund:

The return period has exceeded 30 days;
The product is damaged due to human error;
The product is missing essential accessories;
Order information cannot be provided;
The product is visibly used and the issue is not due to quality problems caused by the customer.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to product quality issues, wrong item shipped, or damage during transportation, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong purchase), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
